Global Real Estate Advisor

Randy Carroll has lived, worked, and played along the Emerald Coast for more than 30 years. After vacationing in the area from his home in Atlanta, he began buying and selling real estate here before finally making it his full-time residence in 2007.

He has a passion for helping others find their "peace at the beach with their very own piece of the beach," be it a primary home, vacation retreat, or rental investment. Prior to entering a career in real estate, Randy worked as a director of sales for technology teams that supply software to the U.S. government's defense and intelligence communities. After spending many years traveling for business, he decided to settle into a profession that gave him more time at the beach.

Randy uses the teamwork he learned during his time playing basketball at Northwestern University and incorporates that into his approach in working with clients, from Destin to 30A to the west end of Panama City Beach. He is committed to focusing on clients' needs and earning their trust, delivering personalized service and local expertise. Above all, he believes in taking the stress out of the home buying process and having fun.

Read what a former client has to say: "Randy helped us learn about several communities in the Destin-30A corridor. He drove us to various communities and key points of interest and provided background on each area. He also provided information on specific properties and developments to help us with our decision. He is the consummate professional and freely shared his deep and broad knowledge of the area."

Randy became a first-time grandfather in 2018 and is the father of four boys. In his free time, you can find him cruising the area in his Jeep with his dog, Gunner, by his side. He is the author of two books: "Avoiding Overpaying For A Home" and "My Secret Wealth of Information For Any Seller," and is actively involved in community organizations including working as president of the WaterColor Homeowners Association and serving on the 30A Alliance Advisory Board. He and his wife, Beth, founded EasyOn30A, a non-profit that raises funds for Alaqua and Children's Volunteer Health Network.
